This year, for the first time, the PAC-CI Directorate has decided to support our dedicated female colleagues and collaborators in celebrating International Women’s Day, whose theme this year is: For a digital inclusion: innovation and technology for gender equality.
Throughout the day, various fun and educational activities will mark the occasion.
Inequalities remain significant worldwide, particularly in the workplace. With 37% of women at PAC-CI, we are still far from parity, but promotions and salaries are granted and set solely on merit, and we are committed to maintaining this vision.
Firmly focused on scientific engineering with the launch of PRISME-CI, this year’s theme perfectly aligns with this dynamic of a “digitalized” world.
