PAC-CI/PRISME Accelerates Its Digital Transformation with Electronic Signatures

As part of its modernization efforts, PAC-CI/PRISME is taking another step forward with the introduction of electronic signatures via the e-parapheur, a project led by its IT department in collaboration with ANSSI.

This initiative is part of a broader effort to digitally transform internal processes, with the goal of adapting administrative practices to today’s demands for speed, security, and performance.

This innovation makes administrative procedures faster, more secure, and more efficient by gradually replacing paper-based workflows with digital processes. It thus helps simplify case processing, reduce approval times, and minimize the challenges associated with the physical management of documents.

Based on a solid legal foundation, the electronic signature guarantees the signer’s identity, the integrity of documents, and the traceability of actions, thereby strengthening trust in administrative exchanges. It also establishes the signer’s legal liability, just as a handwritten signature does.

Thanks to the e-parapheur platform, teams can now manage, approve, and sign documents online, while benefiting from improved case tracking. This tool provides clear visibility into the status of documents and facilitates collaboration among the various stakeholders involved.

Furthermore, this initiative is accompanied by a process of gradual adoption by the teams, through training and onboarding sessions, to ensure optimal use of the solution and a successful transition to digital operations.
