Training on Human Resources Performance Evaluation in the PAC-CI PROGRAM

Employee evaluation is an essential process in any company or organization. It is through rigorous and objective evaluations that managers can identify the strengths and weaknesses of their team members, provide constructive feedback, and make informed decisions regarding professional development and career planning. To ensure the quality of these evaluations and maximize each employee’s potential, it is crucial to invest in employee evaluation training.

It was in this context that the PAC-CI program’s human resources performance evaluation training was held. This training was conducted by CIDH Consulting, a firm affiliated with the Professional Training Development Fund (FDFP).
