Performance evaluation is a critical process in any company or organization. To ensure the quality of these evaluations and maximize each employee’s potential, it is essential to invest in staff evaluation training.
It was in this context that the training on performance evaluation of human resources for the PAC-CI program was held. This training was conducted by the consulting firm CIDH Consulting on behalf of the Professional Training Development Fund (FDFP).
