This year, for the first time, PACCI Management has decided to support our dedicated colleagues and employees in celebrating International Women’s Day, whose theme this year is: “Toward an Inclusive Digital World: Innovation and Technology for Gender Equality.”
Throughout the day, a variety of fun and informative activities will mark the occasion.
Inequalities remain significant around the world, particularly in the workplace. With women making up 37% of PACCI’s workforce, we are still far from parity, but promotions and salaries are determined solely on the basis of merit, and we are committed to upholding this principle.
With a firm focus on scientific engineering following the launch of PRISME-CI, this year’s theme fits perfectly into this trend toward a “digitized” world.
