At the initiative of the Directorate, the training for PAC-CI patients on the annual leave and exceptional leave management application took place in the N’Dri Yoman room of the PAC-CI Programme on July 19 from 2:10 p.m. to 3:45 p.m.
Dr. Raoul Moh, the Executive Director, immediately outlined the importance of digitalizing certain administrative services, which is to make the PAC-CI Programme a modern organization in the short and medium term. This goal involves creating suitable software programs to modernize its operations.
Thus, Mr. Evane Soumaila, Web/Mobile Developer in the IT Department, during his keynote address, instructed both the Directorate and staff on how to use COPEM; the aim being to facilitate the flow of information through the various levels of management and the rapid validation of leave and exceptional leave requests.
As no human endeavor is perfect, the recommendations made by participants will enable the IT Department to improve COPEM before its implementation on August 1, 2024.
