The ceremony, presided over by the Executive Director of the PAC-CI Program, took place on Friday, April 17, 2026, in the presence of her colleagues and her family, who turned out in large numbers for this moment filled with emotion and gratitude.
Hired by the PAC-CI Program in November 2022 as a Pharmacy Manager for the DITRAME+ project, she applied her professionalism and dedication to several other projects, including MTC+, MONOD, AYANI, and OPTIMISE.
With a degree in sanitary engineering and a master’s degree in public health, Ms. Kanga Eulalie embodies a genuine passion for learning, enriched by extensive training in clinical research, epidemiology, and health statistics.
A devoted wife and mother, she is also a maternal and caring figure to many people around her.
Through this tribute, the PAC-CI Program honors an exceptional, committed, inspiring, and deeply compassionate woman.
