"The RaDAR project (Catch-up Strategies for HIV Testing in Children and Adolescents in Côte d'Ivoire and Togo: Role of Community Associations)"
The RaDAR project (Catch-up Strategies for HIV Testing in Children and Adolescents in Côte d’Ivoire and Togo: Role of Community Associations) aims to assess the implementation in terms of feasibility, acceptability, and efficiency of a community-based intervention to catch up on missed opportunities for pediatric HIV testing (ages 0–15) and link cases to HIV care in Côte d’Ivoire and Togo.

As part of the official launch of RaDAR activities, the PAC-CI PROGRAM conducted a mission from July 17 to 21 at the Centre SAS facilities in Bouaké, Côte d’Ivoire. This mission included:
Training the team on data collection tools (Case Report Forms and data collection procedures)
Providing tablets for data collection

To date, the RaDAR project has enrolled 34 children, with 14 eligible for testing and 14 included with consent. These preliminary figures are encouraging and reflect the team’s commitment and determination to achieve the expected goals.
