The 24th International AIDS Conference, AIDS 2022, was held from July 29 to August 2, 2022 in Montreal, Canada. The theme was "re-engage and follow the science."
The PAC-CI PROGRAM was represented by its Executive Director, Dr. Raoul Moh. He participated in high-level scientific sessions, including those on the latest therapeutic and preventive developments in HIV/AIDS, comorbidities and their management, and particularly aging with HIV.
This was an opportunity for enriching meetings and working sessions, notably with the Director of ANRS, the Technical Director of the "Major Pandemics" unit of the Health Department at Expertise France/Initiative 5%, partners from ISPED and IRD in France, as well as researchers from the Global South, to continue implementing multi-country, structuring, and innovative projects.
One of PAC-CI's researchers, Dr. Nouaman Marcellin, had an e-poster presenting work on the prevalence and incidence of sexually transmitted infections among sex workers in San Pedro.
